Hide Courses on Open edX

  • To hide a course, just set course visibility to none. To set it, open your studio > select a course > select advanced settings > then search for Course Visibility In Catalog.
  • After course visibility was set to none, the course does not appear in the catalog (eg, https://edx.sibunglon.com/courses) even though the course is still running or has not ended.
  • Courses that have ended still appear in the catalog (eg https://edx.sibunglon.com/courses) if you want to hide it, just set course visibility to none.
